Before using our services, please read carefully

By using our services you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• SEO services: Search engine optimization, content marketing, technical SEO, AI SEO (GEO), and more
• Web design: Website design and development, WordPress, Wix, landing page design, and more
• Advertising: Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Xiaohongshu ads, and more
• E-commerce: Shopify and WooCommerce store design and optimization

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be detailed in the service agreement.

Our core KPI is "measurable organic traffic growth" — not vanity metrics.

Payment:

• Payment terms and schedules will be set out in the service agreement
• We accept bank transfer, cheque, or other payment methods agreed by both parties
• All prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) unless stated otherwise

Refund policy:

• If work has not started, we can provide a partial or full refund (less any costs already incurred)
• If work has started, refunds will be calculated based on work already completed
• If we cause a breach that prevents continuation of services, we will provide an appropriate refund or remedy
• All refund requests must be made in writing and resolved through mutual discussion

To keep the project on track, you agree to:

• Provide the information, content, and access we need in a timely manner (e.g. site back-end, analytics tools)
• Ensure the information you provide is true, accurate, complete, and does not infringe third-party rights
• Cooperate with reasonable requests, including content reviews and feedback
• Pay service fees on time
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your inability to meet these responsibilities.

Rights we retain:

• Intellectual property in our methodology, tools, templates, and proprietary technology belongs to us
• We may use work delivered to you as a case study (with your consent)

Rights you hold:

• Intellectual property in content we create for you (such as website designs and copy) transfers to you after payment is complete
• You retain full ownership of the information, content, and brand you provide

Specific IP arrangements will be detailed in the service agreement.

We commit to:

• Keeping the trade secrets and sensitive information you provide confidential
• Using your data only as necessary to deliver our services
• Not disclosing your confidential information to third parties without your consent

The following are exceptions:

• Disclosure required by law
• Information that is already public or that became public through no fault of ours
• Cases where we have your written consent

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use or inability to use our services
• We are not responsible for impact from external factors such as algorithm changes, competitor actions, or market changes
• We are not responsible for changes to or outages of third-party services (e.g. Google, Facebook, Shopify)

Our total liability is capped at the total service fees you have paid us.

Either party may terminate services in the following situations:

• The other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to remedy it within a reasonable time
• The other party becomes insolvent, goes into liquidation, or cannot continue operating
• Both parties agree to terminate in writing

On termination:

• Both parties shall settle any fees incurred
• We shall hand over any completed work product
• Confidentiality and intellectual property clauses remain in effect

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall:

• First try to resolve it through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, seek mediation
• If mediation fails, submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For major changes we will notify you via email or a website announcement.

Continuing to use our services means you accept the modified Terms. If you disagree with the changes, please stop using our services.
